Avishag Shaar-Yashuv, 33, is an Israeli photojournalist and documentary photographer.

It has been active in its field for 13 years.
Avishag's photos appear daily in a variety of digital leading and print media,
both Israeli and international.
In addition, her works are regularly displayed in various galleries and exhibitions.
In the last few years, Avishag won a few prizes at the 'Local Testimony' press exhibition - the official exhibition of Israeli newspaper photography presented alongside the World Press Exhibition.

For the past 8 years, Avishag has been documenting various ecological communities and associations currently operating throughout Israel. Initially, the focus of the project was on many different communities and gained the attention of some of the top European journals . The project has also been shown in a number of Israeli exhibitions.
